  • How can I get in touch?

    Our opening hours are:
    Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
    Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
    Saturday and Sunday: closed

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay by VISA, Mastercard and Twint.

  • How long does a delivery take?

    The delivery time is two to three working days. The delivery time may vary for individual items. You will find a corresponding note in our online shop or on the product page. Delivery delays may also occur due to delivery difficulties or stock differences.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order, please contact our support team. Please have your customer and/or order number ready.

  • How do I return my order?

    If Rigaflex AG approves the return of goods, this shall be at the customer's expense and risk.

    All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns with products without their original packaging and/or damaged packaging will not be accepted. A description of the problem and a copy of the invoice must be enclosed. Otherwise, Rigaflex AG may refuse to accept the return.

  • When will my item be available again?

    If you want to be notified as soon as an item is back in stock, please click on the ‘Notify me’ button on the relevant item page. As soon as the item is back in stock in the online shop, we will send you an email notification.

    For some items, you will also find an estimated availability date on the item page. This date is not binding and may be subject to change.
